Portal System Training (Phase 2 - CITS)

This service is designed to successfully educate a registered entities compliance staff on the Compliance Issues Tracking System.

Service includes: a two-day, face-to-face classroom based instruction that will walk an entity through setting up user roles and accounts to monitoring and making changes to reported violations.

This system is quite complex; therefore, it is mandatory to keep class size to no more then 5 staff members.
